41 dollars in tax increases to ONE DOLLAR in cuts !?!?....really???

....so let me see if i get the way the Dims work this.....you submit a document of 1500 pages up for a vote....and give everyone 6 WHOLE MINUTES to read the whole thing and vote on it.....is that how we do things now?
